How do I connect a form to a list

I am new here. I have set up a form and connected it to a wordpress landing page. It is supposed to subscribe the person that fills out the form to a list.

When i look at the form in Activecampaign AC is three people have filled it out (test emails) but those contacts are not subscribed to the list. How do I make that happen?

Go to the Form and check in the Options tab. You can set it to add to a list in there.
