In order to sync all past orders, you need to follow 3 steps:

Go to Settings > Integrations on the left menu.

Select the integration you wish to sync historical data for.

Click the “Sync Historical Data” button.
Past orders from the connected ecommerce store will sync to your account.
Note: Synced historical data will NOT trigger any automations to run that use the “Makes a purchase” automation trigger.
