How did you find us survey (advice req)

Hello,

This may be a question for experienced AC users…

Do you know if there’s a way to add a “how did you find us” question, then after they select it, the “add your email” section appears.

Bump this - anyone have an idea?

This is not something you can do out of the box with AC. You’ll need some Javascript on your website that pops out a hidden piece of HTML with the email field after answering the first question. You can pm me if you want to talk more.
