I oversee the marketing of a very high producing mortgage lender, and we’re trying to keep track of who is referring us business.
My sales team isn’t using the “Deals” feature as we’re a part of a large corporation that already has an established (albeit ineffective) custom CRM solution.
However, what I’d like to do is somehow track which of our 500 Agent relationships are sending us business by manually making a note each month.
Is this best handled by a custom field (i.e. Jan leads given, Feb leads given, etc.), or is there a more effective way this can be handled?
Whatever the solution, I need to be able to see the big picture at a whim and possibly tie it in with lead-scoring so I can filter our top referring sources at a glace.
Can anyone help here?
