How can I include Text in email ONLY for Contacts in certain Lists?

I want to include a block of text in an email but ONLY for Contacts who are in ListABC.

I tried the “Contact’s List” contains “ListABC” but that didn’t work.

Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed this when it was originally published.

To include a snippet of text in an email only for Contacts who are on a certain List, is to tag the contacts on the list and use the Conditional Content to show that snippet of text like this https://screen.ac/Wnu8KGwZ.

  • For some context, currently any conditional content set to look at a list, it may not render properly/may shown the incorrect content.
