Help with Internal Forms To Boost UX and Sales Automation - work around?

Hi, I’m brand new to AC and I love the unlimited custom field functionality… can the community help me with forms for internal use?

I spend time on the phone with my clients and completing forms while on the phone is a big part of our business process. Triggering automation from those entries is super important. Obviously, internal forms is not a feature of AC.

Any top tips and tricks from fellow business owners who use forms for internal use would be gratefully received.

Hey there. Did you end up getting a response or coming up with an alternative? I’m looking for the same thing. Internal forms were/are really handy on Infusionsoft and I’m really scratching my head how to do this on AC too…
