Help with ActiveCampaign CXA Component in Salesforce - No Automation Templates Found

I’m experiencing an issue with the ActiveCampaign CXA component on the Contact Lightning Page in Salesforce. The “Enter into Automation” button consistently returns “No Automation templates found,” even though I’ve verified that active automations exist in ActiveCampaign.

What I’ve Tried:

  1. Confirmed that API credentials are correct and successfully connected.
  2. Verified that the contact meets all ActiveCampaign sync criteria.
  3. Checked field mappings in the ActiveCampaign integration setup to ensure required fields are mapped correctly.
  4. Reviewed the Set Component Visibility filters in the Lightning App Builder—no unnecessary restrictions found.
  5. Tested multiple contacts that meet the sync criteria, but the issue persists.

What’s Working:

  • The API connection between Salesforce and ActiveCampaign is active.
  • The ActiveCampaign CXA component loads on the Contact record.

What’s Not Working:

  • The component doesn’t pull available automation templates from ActiveCampaign.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have recommendations for further troubleshooting? I’d appreciate any advice or insights!

It says : Any campaigns or automations you wish to use with the CX Automation component need to have the following label added to them in ActiveCampaign: Salesforce

  • This label is not case-sensitive
  • Learn how to create Campaign labels
  • Learn how to create Automation labels
  • ActiveCampaign components and fields are compatible with Salesforce Lightning only
  • You can only use components and fields with synced leads and contacts"

with this in mind, I am not sure a template, but least the automation should pull over!

Yes, this solved the issue and was applied to both automations AND one-time email template which functioned as expected. Thank you so much for the assistance!
