I have this error “You selected a list that does not allow duplicates. The email xxx@xxx is in the system already, please edit that contact instead.”
What can I do to help the subscriber registrer to both lists.

You can go to the contact xxx@xxx page, and add that person to whatever additional lists you would like to add them to.

Does it mean that anyone who would like to subcribe to my lists via my optins forms on my website, I need to add them manually (I have like 3 free gifts optins forms on my website. )?
How can I manage that without subscribing people manually one by one ?

No, you shouldn’t have to add them manually every time. It sounds to me like you were trying to add the contact to the same list twice. In the actions settings of each form, you can select which list you would like the form to add the contact to.
I would recommend taking a look at some of our training resources, specifically our free one-on-one resources. Setting up a phone call could be a great place to get started!
