Has AC ever stripped off a campaign segment at send?

We had a recent send where we applied a segment to our selected lists. We’ve done this a number of times before with no problem. Our most recent send ended up not applying the segment and sent to our whole list. Anyone ever experience this?

I have a huge problem with AC segmentation.

AC removes or not add the tags normally.

Also, the customer service is not too friendly and not support the this issue. My problem lasts over 6 months.
