I am on PLUS plan on active campaign with 1 admin user which is me. I have created 4 groups - one for marketing sector, one for sales sector… I have set permissions in deals section for each group. Do I need 4 additional users - each for one group so that they can manage deals or can I do it only with groups?

@topoperater Thanks for reaching out! I’m Abbie from ActiveCampaign. This is a great question! The short answer is that your admin user will always be able to access every area of the platform, including deals! This means you don’t have to a second user to manage them - you will always be able to access them yourself. However, if you create additional users in the future, you will be able to assign them to these groups you’ve already set up- they will then only have the permissions you’ve assigned to those groups.
