Group Multiple Contacts into the Same Task?

Hello, I’m enjoying active campaign, but there are a few things I can’t figure out.

This first one is the ability to group more than one contact into a single task.

For example I want to set a task for myself to email Everyone that works at X company on April 20th. Right now I have to set an individual task for all of the people that work at the company which is a huge pain and hard to remember to do.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this?

Thanks for the question, and glad to hear you are enjoying ActiveCampaign!

Right now, we don’t have a way to group or assign multiple contacts to a task. There might be some workarounds available though. Have you scheduled some time with the Customer Success team to talk through different workflows?

This would be a great reason to have a 1:1 session. Feel free to book some time with us here.
