Group Multiple Contacts into one Task?

I have businesses loaded into my account that have multiple people in the organization. I want to set reminders to follow up with everyone in the organization (at the same time) but when I get the reminders to my email it is by the person not by the business. I would like to group say Mike, Sally and Deb under Round Space Foundation instead of Mike, Sally and Deb’s task to email them being separated.

Anyone know a workaround or if this is possible?

You can make use of the Accounts feature that groups contacts under the same umbrella (account) it can work well for this use case. Please learn more here: Getting Started with Accounts
