Four Questions…
1) GLITCH in the FORM EDITOR
What is going on with the Form Editor CUSTOM Field creator? Every time I create a new custom field and highlight the pre-existing text to edit it, the entire form just quits out and I have to start all over again! What the heck is going on? What a complete and utter waste of valuable time!
To be more clear, let’s say I create a new custom form with options. When the form template loads and I am supposed to customize the fields with Option A, Option B and Option C, I first need to select and delete the auto-populated text that reads “Option A, Option B, Option C” so that I can enter in my own custom options. Well, if I just try to highlight the text with my mouse, it causes the entire custom form to quit out and I have to start from scratch, building the question and all the answers back up. This keeps happening.
When you have a complex survey with slightly longer answers, it ends up being a HUGE TIME SUCK to have to recreate the form over and over again! PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH ASAP.
2) HOW TO EDIT CUSTOM FIELDS
Is there a way to EDIT a custom field in the MY FIELDS area of the Form Editor? I’ve created a custom field (a question with radial button options) but now find that i need to amend the text in the radial answer selector. I can’t find a way to do this but surely there must be a way. This feels very unprofessional.
3) HOW TO DELETE CUSTOM FIELDS FROM MY FIELDS AREA OF FORM EDITOR
The MY FIELDS area in my Form Editor is getting ridiculously crowded. Partly because of #2 (above), but also because I have a complex site with many surveys and forms. Since I can’t find a way to edit my custom forms, I have had to keep making new ones as better VERSIONS and it’s getting way out of hand. It’s becoming super hard to scroll through each custom field that I created for previous forms.
How do you delete custom fields from the My Fields area of the Form Editor?
4) HOW TO ORGANIZE THE CUSTOM FIELDS in MY FIELDS
There has to be a better way to organize this area. PLEASE. I have created a LONG survey with a bunch of specific questions that I only need for that survey. Yet, when I come to create a new form for a different survey, I have to scroll through the zillion other custom questions from survey’s past. This is a terribly unprofessional way to deal with forms.
