It seems simple, and I have done it so many times; not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Under the correct form, then options, I’ve chosen the redirect option, put in and verified the link I wish to redirect to, and verified the form is working successfully.
The issue is that the form is still directing to the “Thank you” message versus the redirect link. Am I missing something, you think? Or is there a backend issue going on out of my control?
Hi @athleticmotiongolf!
Depending on what HTML option you used, you may need to re-enter the HTML code. If you used the full code, it won’t update automatically on your website, but if you used the simple embed code, it should update automatically. Give that a try, and see if that does the trick. If it doesn’t please let me know and we can troubleshoot further!

Hi Katie,
Any chance to be able to get the data submitted to insert them into the url as parameters ?
Thanks,
Jonathan
in case anyone else needs this… it’s because the form is set to double optin, and the contact is already confirmed on the list.
Any idea about my question maybe ?
I’d be happy to help you with fixing the form redirect in this situation via my paid services. Let me know if you want more information on our ActiveCampaign Academy membership.
Alternatively, switch of the double optin.
