Get the name of the unsubscribed list that triggered the automation

When you have an automation that triggers when a contact unsubscribes from a list can you use the name of the list in later automation stages? For example, when sending an email or a message via an integration. i.e.

The following contact has unsubscribed from list unsubscribed from

Contact: %firstName% %lastName%
Email: %email%
