Get data from custom fields into a contact's note

I’m getting data sent on a form in custom fields. There are 3 different custom fields.
How can I get that automated so it’s put into a contact’s note?
Is there a way to automate this?

I want to make sure the initial field info is saved with the contact in a note in case (or when) the contact submits again and the custom fields are overwritten.

I"m using Zapier to do this, for the same reason as you want (so the original data isn’t over written).

Were you able to get into a contact’s note or a note in their deal?

I’m using Zapier too but it won’t write to the Contact’s note field. It can update a deal but not the Contact’s note.

Ah, yes, I think it’s a deal note, not a contact note. Sorry about that.
