FROM Address Problem

I have been round and round with support on this one and getting nowhere
The FROM address on test campaigns is a mess.
It should display like everyone else’s email …
When ActiveCampaign sends an email it comes from
ActiveCampaign XXX@activecampaign.com

mine has the account name and then all kinds of other stuff:

mantay.activehosted.com@s11.avl3.acemsrvc.com mantay.activehosted.com@s11.av13.acemsrv.com on behalf of Share Life Plus admin@sharelife.plus

It should simply be … Share Life Plus admin@sharelife.plus

Has someone dealt with this before?

Okay – solved
This gets 100% solved by adding DKIM
Add record to your DNS files – may take an hour or two before functional but then works perfect
