Formatting Numbers in Custom Field to have commas

Hello,

I’m trying to import contacts with specific numbers for them, such as “cash balance”. This is for hundreds of contacts. However, if I format the CSV with commas, AC sees it as a delimiter and just pulls what’s in front of the comma. If I import it with no formatting, 145367 as an example, I see no way to format it to add a comma. This seems like such basic functionality there HAS to be a way…any ideas?

Hello @lasallest,
Are you looking to use commas as a thousand separator, or decimals?
If decimals, does it work if you use a period instead, so 1234.56?
If thousands, what kind of field are you using, because I was able to enter a comma in a custom text field, see below:

I have to do it in zapier and then update the contact or deal in ActiveCampaign.
