I have created a form and set it to email me when there is a submission. I have had several teammates complete the form. The contacts are created and segmented appropriately but there is no notification of submission sent and the submission doesn’t trigger the automation I set up. Thoughts?
Is the notification in the form settings, or inside an automation?
Is the from email domain the same as the recipient’s email domain? Sometimes those get treated as spam.
example - from noreply@benco.com, to ben@benco.com
It sounds like there might be an issue with your form settings or automation trigger conditions. Double-check the notification settings and make sure the automation is set to trigger on form submissions specifically. Also, verify any spam or filtering settings that might block notifications.
