Form - How to refuse @gmail.com and @hotmail.com

Hi !

I am in a B2B company.
We have a lot of forms but sometimes we gather personal email address rather than profesional ones, such as @gmail.com or @hotmail.com.

How can I refuse this entry in the form to ask for a profesionnal one.

I hope my message is clear.

I wish you all an happy day

Sincerely
Thibaut

Hi Thibaut! Thanks for posting here.
Our forms don’t have the ability to block entries contextually like they’re asking. You can, however, replace the default text inside the field to instruct the submitter on how to appropriately fill the field. You can find more instructions in this article: Change default text and headers for your input fields. Hope this helps!

hmmm
Yes we have already done that but it’s a pertinent feature for B2B company, please take it in account

Thank you !

100%. We totally understand and agree that having this feature would be great. If this is something you would like to see implemented in the future, you can share your idea here: ideas.activecampaign.com.
That’s where our Product Team follows this type of feedback and they are the ones that call the shots on what’s added, improved, prioritized, etc, in ActiveCampaign. So that’s the best possible channel to get your voice heard by them.
