I use MacOS and FaceTime for calling customers.
This saves me picking up my iPhone and selecting the contact to call - while I have a big screen in front of me to do anything in Deals.
In Deals the contact name, phone number and email are mentioned.
My suggestion is that the phone number is “clickable” so FaceTime opens and I can make the call. Just like in the iOS app.
Otherwise I need an extra step: copy the phone number to FaceTime before I can make the call.
