I received an email from AC stating that the Facebook Custom Audiences integration is available now. However, when I go to any one of my 4 accounts, the integration is NOT available. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Go under your Settings > Appearance > turn on AC branding. If you’re worried about the branding on your forms you can manually turn it off on each form. Trust me as crazy as this sounds it is the reason you can t make Facebook custom audiences.

Although my fix was slightly different. I have a partner reseller account, and I had to disable “Hide product links”.
Doesn’t make any sense but it opened a bunch of hidden tabs, most of which were not even AC products.
