Does anyone know how to export specific click data of what all individuals have clicked on and when they clicked in all campaigns? Currently the only way we know how to do this is to go into click data for each individual campaign and download it by each individual link. With this, we are also trying to get to total click rate vs unique click rate at an aggregate level across all campaigns. Has anyone done anything like this?
Thanks for reaching out. At a high level, we are hoping to add recency and frequency to our click data on specific links that are used throughout our email marketing. We currently feel limited by AC only showing a yes or no for a click in an email at the individual level and not what they clicked on. We do know you can get to this by going into each individual email and clicking on the report for each link, but that is way too time consuming to be scalable. We’re looking for more of an export or real time tracking of this activity, similar to what we see in each customer’s activity panel.
Hopefully that helps explain, let me know any questions and appreciate any ideas!
Hey @vailgov, oh that sounds really interesting but there isn’t a way currently to do that with ActiveCampaign, the campaign performance report will give you an aggregate but not the specifics you are looking for. I would suggest you give this feedback to ideas.activecampaign.com to see if that’s something our Engineers will consider in the future.
