Good Morning, I am looking to setup a winback automation for my woocommerce store.
I am setting it up to start an automation if they haven’t purchased in 60 days. That part I have.
What I am having trouble with is removing them from the automation if they make a purchase after entering it. im not quite sure what goal would be setup to accomplish this.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
You could possibly manually add a tag or create an automation to add a tag to their deal or contact. Then you can use an if/ else automation split to not send the email if they have that purchased tag.
If you have the Woocommerce plugin integrated then AC will drop the sales information into the deep data integration fields. You will see a panel with the sales information appear when they buy. So send your winback email and then setup a wait step for a day or so to give them a chance to buy and then set a conditional up and type in ‘last order date’ and if ‘yes’ then end the automation.
