Hey peeps,
I’m surprised that events in AC do only accept one text value. When I send an event, I want to store real data.
My use case is that people send messages on our website, and I want to create a follow-up system on top of each message. And with only one textual field I can’t do this.
Any workarounds? Is this on the plan? What do you think?

I’m not aware of any workarounds for this. Perhaps someone else in the community will chime in with one. In the meantime, I’d recommend submitting this to our product team as feedback here. They’ll use your feedback to prioritize feature development.
At this time, I’m not aware of any plans to make this change, but I can see how being able to store more than one string of text would be useful.
