Error adding IMAP account email [moved to support]

Hi, I can’t add my account email: I set up my data (email, username, password and server name) but system report always the same error.

"We’re sorry, but something went wrong.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."

IMAP server is outlook.office365.com

Anyone can help me?

Would you please submit this issue to support so that they can look at your account and investigate the issue?

There is no known issue for this concern so it must be unique to your account.

This issue is once you are configured correctly you will only be able to sync email between your company and a contact if a deal is associated with them. The next issue is IMAP sync only works for emails sent after the deal was created check it outhttps://community.activecampaign.com/t/imap-sync-needs-improvement/16082?u=mexhome
