ERJA: Pulling in age and gender info from social sources

Just wondering if there is anyone in this forum who uses the AC’s ERJA Premium Service (“Basic Info”) to get age/gender data for contacts when available. We’ve had no luck in getting any data for a list that is over 10k in size.
