Hi all, I have tried to use the Engagement Management Tool multiple times to clean my list of the contacts that have never engagement with any emails. I successfully go through all of the step but it NEVER works. I still have the same number of contacts left as before I ran the tool. I have a 35% engagement rate so it should wipe 65% of my contacts. What gives?

I recently went through this process, as I’m new to ActiveCampaign. There are two things worth sharing: 1.) Active campaign doesn’t delete contacts, it just deactivates them. So your list size should get smaller, but the total # of Contacts your dashboard shows won’t change. 2.) The tool can take a day or more to work- seriously. I was cleaning up a list of ~100k users and it took I think 24 hrs or so to reflect that in my account.
