Emails still being sent to customers even after product is bought

I tested my email campaign today to see if the emails would send properly. It’s all good EXCEPT if I click the link in an email to buy my product I’m still getting the other emails after that as if I didn’t buy it yet. What should I do to make sure the emails stop sending after the product is bought?

Hi @mateusporter Thanks for reaching out! It’s hard to say without taking a closer look at how you sent the message and your test contact, and how you’re tracking the click. If you did send a test email for example rather than triggering how the message is sent the same way a contact would, it’s very likely your actions cannot be tracked because link tracking/personalization is not active on the test version of the send.
