Emails not being available within the deal

HI, I wonder if anyone else is having a problem with Emails being “Unavailable” within the deal.
For 2 months i have been trying to get this problem fixed and so far ive had nothing but “we will get back to you”
Apparently the problem exists with Context IO, the email registers on the deal but the content of the email is “Unavailable” which is quite useless to me.

Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it

Would you mind submitting this issue to support?

More than likely there is some kind of bug on either our end or Context’s but we won’t be able to investigate until we have an example of it occurring.
