We have been sending with AC for year, but suddenly last week, our newsletters are not being received by anyone. On reports I can see that they are sent, but 0 opens, and it just drops from one day to another. I have tried repeatedly to resend/new sending but issue is the same.
Google Postmaster tools is all green i.a. all verifications are set up.
No reports on spam on previous newsletters.
Sending from same domain as the shop.
I have created a ticket, but they don’t send any updates. We are bleeding turnover, but still it took AC 4 days to hand over to deliverability team, and the don’t reply to my requests for update.
Does anyone have any suggestions for solutions? Can anyone recommend how to get AC to take this seriously and help us?

While we work on a solution, have you tried sending a test to a small internal list and verifying your authentication records haven’t changed?

My issue is solved by the developers. It was a custom header issues related to changes in our Plan, and could only by solved by ActiveCampaign.
