Can emails utilize the personalize tags if the email is being sent to someone on a list that was generated by a formidable form? Currently my personalize tags remain with the tags displayed %FIRSTNAME% when sent to a recipient.

When it comes to personalization tags, as long as your contacts has that field present on their profile, they should be able to work just fine regardless of how the contact was created. Here are a few things to keep in mid to make sure this process goes as smooth as possible:
- We offer personalization tags for the following type of fields: contact fields, deal fields, account fields, custom object and also the ones coming from a 3rd party.
- We not support hyphens in user created tags.
- Personalization tags are not available for use in plain-text campaigns.
