I set up an automation to send a series of emails to customers for Medicare. This is set to run over the next 7 weeks or so. I did a test of the automation with a family member, but she never received the automated email, even though the automatrion showed that it was sent. I also have noticed that the emails that I used in my automation are not showing as “Campaigns” for reporting. This is my first real effort to use AC to communicate with my customers and I need to build more automations, so I need to figure out what I am doing wrong.
This is a deliverability issue that may be related to either domain reputation, sending habits, or newness of AC account or all of those.

Also, ensure the unsubscribe link in your email is valid. We had this problem recently where someone had accidentally added something extra to our unsubscribe link (it should just be %UNSUBSCRIBELINK% ).
