Email appear several times in conditions of automation

Hello !

I’ve just realized that some conditional blocks that I use in one of my automations failed to reach their aim and did not function properly (eg : people that had opened mail #1 of the sequence were sent to the wrong branch after the corresponding conditional block “has opened mail #1 ?”).

When I investigated, I realized that when I wrote “mail #1” in the conditional block, it appears as a matter of fact 2 times in the list of choices… This is the case for some of the emails of my sequence, but not all.

Do you know why this could happen ? And how to get rid od this redundancy which seems to impede the correct course of my automation ?

Hi @alexandrewillocquet,
Do you have multiple automations with emails called “mail #1” in them? If so, then that could explain why it appears in the list multiple times when you are setting your condition.
If you do not have multiple automations or multiple emails called “mail #1” then it might be best to contact Support so they can look at your account.
