Editing Modal (popup) form fields

Hi all,

Could someone please clarify regarding the ability to edit modal forms with custom fields
Only Full Name and Email appear to be available as options. Is this correct?

I would like to use first name, last name, company, phone , email as a Request a Demo form.

Hey forsee,

Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed this when it was originally published.

In the spirit of providing insight on this question, modal forms will only have the following field options:

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email (required by default)

To use custom fields in your form, you need to use the Inline Form Style. If you want to make it look like a popup form then you would need to use custom coding to change up the styling.
