Easiest way to have user click a link and set a Tag

USE CASE:

I have a button so user can request that I remind them about something in a month.

Clicking the button would attach a Tag to their record. Currently I’m doing that with a Form.

Is there a simpler way to do that?

I know I could have the link go to a web page. I’d like it to just go to a custom ActiveCampaign Message (so the confirmation “page” is all within AC, instead of having to remember to update a page on our website)

I think the easiest way to accomplish this is through an automation. Something similar to the image below:

I don’t think I was clear enough:

I meant click a link in an email.

I don’t think there is an event in that Automation where they’d click an email link.

That’s totally fine. Just go ahead and change out the start trigger to “Clicks a link in email” pictured below:
