I have a number of different digital downloads that we want to offer on our web site.

I only want to collect their contact information the first time that they request a download. Any additional downloads should be automatic.

What are people using to manage the download?

I’m no expert, but usually they recommend a link within the email to external site/storage for downloads. Is that what you’re trying to achieve?

You could also tag someone based on clicking the link if that helps.
