Guys, I have a third-party application and we integrate it with ActiveCampaign with DeepData API’s. We are able to send orders to ActiveCampaign normally, but all orders that we send are entered as a Purchase made. I would like to know how I can send Statuses of “Pending”, “Unauthorized payment” and others to Active Campaign. Can anyone help me? I’m using (E-commerce Orders - Create an order). I need to know which fields I need to change so that I arrive at Active Campaign with the current Status of my order.

In the spirit of providing insight on this question, it’s not possible to update the order status via the API call.
