The reason why I reached out using different communication channels is to ensure that we can resolve this FAST but I guess my efforts hasn’t been paying off.
It seems to me that when it comes to paying money from our end, things tend to get done faster but when we face into some issues and need some help URGENTLY, the response is VERY slow.
If this channel of communication is not someone that can make the decision then CC me to someone that can make the decision and provide me with the phone number or anything that I can reach out to instantly so that I can resolve this fast.
Thank you for your kind understanding and just sharing my honest opinion based on this issue which I am really baffled myself.
Spoke to the live chat and they claimed that they understand my frustration but till now there is still no reply??
Further more, the reason why I reached out to the team personally is because I know if I were to upgrade myself, there is an limit so I was expecting the person to process the upgrade will check if there’s any limit to the account before even upgrading. And it’s obvious that we wanted unlimited sending since it’s pretty pointless for us to pay more and then our email quota has been hit and we can’t send any more emails???
