Contacts Stuck in Automation (Wait Condition)

Hi,

800+ of my contacts are stuck in an automation. They are not moving past the 5-minute wait condition. Please check the screenshot here: Image 2019-04-14 at 7.34.25 PM

It would be very helpful if the answers could be posted here, not just reference that Support helped them. We have the same question. Why have postings if you don’t provide the resolution? That just means your Support team has to respond again to another ticket, which seems like a waste of time and effort. Please post solutions if the problem has been resolved.

Same here. Contacts gets stuck in wait position and I only find out of them when contacts actually message me asking why I have stopped sending emails.

I agree…I definitely need the answer because support has had this issue in the queue for the last 3 days and haven’t fixed it for me yet and my next automations need to go out tomorrow morning!!!
