I have an issue where one of my contacts “Recent Activities” feed is tracking and recording my own website engagement behaviour. For example, I visit my website and I see it listed under their activity feed.
I’m quite new to Active Campaign, so I’m not sure how this happened? Is there a best practice way of avoiding this from happening? Can I correct it by removing my tracking details from the contact (i.e. IP or MAC address) or other solution?
