Wanting to know how to clean up emails - as we have only sent a few campaigns and not enough to determine who is not opening our emails regularly. Have you any ideas to assist?
Hi there, Amy from ActiveCampaign’s Customer Experience Team. We’re just refreshing our forum page and I wanted to add some help here for anyone who comes across this page/question/post.
The best option for you would be to:
Run an advanced search with conditions:
- Has been sent any campaign in the last X date range
AND - Has not opened any campaign in the last X date range
^ you can also specify a campaign or multiple campaigns
Those contacts that show up will tell you that these contacts are possibly disengaged.
It would be goo to cross check the contacts showing and note if they have not opened ANY campaign or if they have opened some and not opened others.
You can then unsubscribe them from your list(s) or add a tag etc. as you wish.
