Im trying to start an automation, but I need a contact field specific for that, did anyone know how to create a new contact field? Thanks
Some features are a little “hidden” in ActiveCampaign.
Click Contacts
Then, expand the navigation bar…click the little circle with 2 white arrows in the top-left hand corner.
You’ll see additional options.
Under Manage, you can click Fields

There is also a manage fields option on every contact page next to the - Hide Empty Fields option.
