I am working on an automation with an if / else condition. Where i check if a custom field (called Parkname) contains a certain value or not.
If the value is different (so if/else = no) an email is sent out with conditional content. I look at the same custom field (Parkname) and check if there is another specific value in it. If it is then the conditional textblock should be visible in the email.
Long story short. The if / else works but the conditional contentblock does not work. At first i thought maybe it has something to do with the fact that i still use the classic designer. So i tried to replicate the same email in the new designer. But the mail build in the new designer the conditional text also does not work.
I tried to contact the helpdesk and had contact with on of the support people but they could not find anything wrong with the way i set up the conditional.
That is why i am wondering if there are more end users with the same issues.
The only thing i can think of is that with the if / else condition i see the value PARKNAME contains VALUE but in the e-mail designer i see CONTACT: PARKNAME contains VALUE.
Has the addition of Contact: something to do with the conditional content not working properly? Frankly i am lost for ideas and wanted to find out if anyone else has got similar issues or if anyone know a workaround or something.
