Combining Wait Until and Wait for?`

Hey,

i am building an automation for our membership programm. The goal of this automation is to send notifactions before an online training starts.

Lets say all members should get notified after 3 days at 12 PM.

For this case, can i combine wait for 3 days and wait until 12 PM?
