Support via Chat seems not to be available any longer. The AI chat bot has me in an indefinite queue. Others? support has really gone downhill in recent weeks.

The chat just freezes up after entering all of the required information.
Also, i was trying to ask if contacts could be recovered to a list that i had automatically deleted (the contacts, not the list). I was able to recover from a prior campaign opens but not non-opens. In taking with an AC advisor (on your consultant directory) he said it is possible IF you find the right person to ask , it can be done, even though the official answer is NO.

The chat wont refresh to my prior session, so I cannot say exactly when. It was with our account vuepoint.activhosted.com and I think it was Monday– around 1100 AM (EST).
It happened twice. I started the chat, when to the prompts and followed all the instructions and at the end it just froze – no response from either the bot or a live person chat (after more than 30 minutes) - so I just closed the chat and wrote to the community,
