Change language in preference center

Is there a way to either change the language or the default text on preference centers?

Email identifier and List subscriptions are mandatory content on a preference center, but I can’t find any way to change the language. How do I change it from English to Danish?

Danish may still be visible as an option in your ActiveCampaign account, however it is no longer supported on the platform.

Our platform provides full support for the following languages:

  • Czech
  • Dutch
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Hungarian
  • Indonesian
  • Italian
  • Polish
  • Portuguese
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Slovenian
  • Spanish

If one of our supported languages is helpful, follow these steps to change the language in your account:

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) on the left menu.
  2. On the Account page, scroll down to the language section and click the drop-down to select your preferred language.
  3. Click “Save Settings.”

Thanks, but I’m not looking to change the language of the app. I want to change the language on the preference center, so that when a subscriber visit it, it’s in Danish, not English.
