Capture WordPress User Account Details with AC Form

Hello,
New AC user and super excited about it. I have a WooCommerce store and I want to embed an AC form on the “My Account” endpoint for paying customers only to allow them to message us for product support/technical support help.

Is there a way to easily grab the WordPress user id or current user details to pass them to a hidden field in the AC form?

Given the paying customer is already logged into WordPress, it would be nice to pre-populate the form or eliminate the need for the customer to have to enter their name/email address so that when the form is submitted, the recipient has access to the name/email.

Is there an easy or anyway to do this?

Thanks kindly,

Hi there! Welcome to the AC Forum and thanks for posting your question here.

At this time, our forms do work to pre-populate information but in order for that to happen, the contact would’ve needed to previously be identified using our Site tracking feature. This would mean they either clicked a link in a campaign or submitted a previous form.

We don’t have a way to pull the information directly from WordPress. If you want to set up fields to pre-populate, you can follow the instructions listed in this article here.
Hope this helps!
