Can my email include a questionnaire?

Hi I wish to ask my contacts to select from a multiple set of answers to establish whether they found my freebie useful / not useful etc. I thought that tagging would be a way to do this but it doesn’t seem to be a feature. I have a Wordpress site. Can anyone offer a work around please? Here’s the jist of what I’m including in the email automation:

I’m always aiming to improve my content so wondered if you would be so kind as to telling me how much it helped you.

Please click one of these 2 statements:

<<Yes, I found it very useful>>

<<No I didn’t learn anything new>>​​​​​​

Hi @vintagecraftclub,

I would recommend either creating a call to action button that linked to a form, and based on the answer of the recipient they received a tag. Or if you want the questionnaire in email, you can add a couple buttons and tag based on which button the contact selects.
