This is my first time using the forum, so I apologize if this question has already been asked. I haven’t been able to find the answer.
I need to segment my contacts more, and I would love it if I could create a nice looking profile page for people to update there information. I’m guessing I need to create some custom fields, but this is not something I want people to fill out as they sign up. I want to send them an automated email a couple of days later asking if they’ll help us sending them the most relevant content by adding some information (occupation, city, etc.).
I usually use ‘pages’ for something like this. You can build a stand-alone page with drag n drop that has an Activecampaign form on it. An automated email directs people to this page to fill out extra details (with some field auto-populated).
The limitation is that they won’t be able to see what all of their ‘currently saved’ field values are.
Hey Anja, you can also check out the preference center, which is an easy way to set this up as well as let them choose which lists they want to subscribe to.
